Hot Chocolate Fudge: A Decadent Winter Treat
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Optional toppings: marshmallows, nuts, or a drizzle of caramel
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan.
- Add your favorite toppings before the fudge sets.
