Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 🍫🥜

  • Author: therecipemingle

Description

There’s nothing like the classic combo of chocolate and peanut butter! These homemade Reese’s Cups take just minutes to make and taste even better than store-bought. I remember making these with my grandma, sneaking little bites of the peanut butter mixture before we even got to the chocolate. Now, it’s a family favorite, and once you try it, you’ll see why! Who’s ready to make some sweet memories? 😋

Ingredients

🔸 1 cup creamy peanut butter
🔸 1/4 cup butter (softened)
🔸 1 tsp vanilla extract
🔸 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
🔸 2 packages chocolate chips or candy melts

Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the butter and peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
2️⃣ Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well, then freeze for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Roll small portions into balls, flatten slightly, and set aside.
4️⃣ Melt chocolate on low heat, stirring constantly.
5️⃣ Pour 1–2 tbsp of melted chocolate into cupcake liners, add a peanut butter disc, then top with more chocolate.
6️⃣ Lightly tap the tray to smooth the chocolate, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
7️⃣ Add extra chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, or your favorite toppings!

Notes

These are dangerously good—who’s making a batch today? 😍
