Made with crispy air-fried chicken tenders and a creamy homemade honey mustard sauce, it’s a delicious 30-minute meal from scratch — no shortcuts, just goodness. Ingredients
For the chicken tenders:
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
For the honey mustard sauce:
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (or mayo)
A dash of lemon juice
Wrap assembly:
4 large tortillas or wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Dip chicken strips in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Warm tortillas, then layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken, and a drizzle of sauce.
Roll up and enjoy!
