Homemade Healthy Watermelon Gummies!

Ingredients

1/8 of a medium watermelon

1 packet of unflavored gelatin

Juice of ½ a lemon

1 tsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)


Instructions

Scoop out the watermelon and blend until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if needed.

Pour the juice into a saucepan on low heat.

Stir in gelatin, lemon juice, and honey. Whisk gently until fully dissolved.

Pour into silicone molds or a shallow dish.

Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until firm.

Pop out and enjoy!
