Ingredients

Instructions

1️⃣ Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and coconut, mixing well.
2️⃣ Refrigerate for 1 hour, then shape into eggs. Freeze for another hour.
3️⃣ Melt chocolate and shortening in the microwave until smooth.
4️⃣ Dip each egg in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
5️⃣ Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
