Ingredients
2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
16 oz cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
15 oz jar Rao’s Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
9 egg white wraps (or use your own low-carb egg noodle)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
In a baking dish, layer egg wraps, shredded chicken, cheese mixture, and Alfredo sauce.
Repeat layers, topping with mozzarella.
Bake uncovered for 18–20 mins until golden and bubbling.
