This High Protein Crack Dip is everything you love about a party dip—creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor—without the guilt. I made it once for game night and it was gone before halftime! Loaded with Greek yogurt, crisp bacon, and savory ranch seasoning, it’s perfect with veggies, chips, or even as a sandwich spread.
Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)
2–2.5 tbsp ranch seasoning or 1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
½ cup crumbled bacon or turkey bacon (about 5 strips)
½ cup chopped green onions
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
Fold in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
