Ingredients
Chocolate Layer:
✅ ½ cup nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt (lactose-free if needed)
✅ 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
✅ 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Peanut Butter Layer:
✅ ½ cup nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt
✅ 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
✅ 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Toppings:
✅ 5 strawberries, sliced
✅ Homemade peanut butter granola (recipe below)
Homemade Peanut Butter Granola (Makes Extra):
✅ 2 cups gluten-free oats or buckwheat flakes
✅ 3 tbsp maple syrup
✅ 4 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✅ Pinch of salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2️⃣ Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3️⃣ Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway. Let cool.
1️⃣ Mix ingredients for the chocolate layer.
2️⃣ Mix ingredients for the peanut butter layer.
3️⃣ In a glass or jar, layer chocolate yogurt, peanut butter yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
4️⃣ Repeat layers, top with more granola and strawberries, and dig in!
