Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 75g dark chocolate chips
- 6 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla/plain mix)
- 2 packets chocolate LMNT electrolytes (or 1 tsp sea salt)
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, and electrolytes in a bowl.
2️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, peanut butter, and cottage cheese.
3️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
4️⃣ Refrigerate and eat with a spoon OR roll into balls:
- Chill dough for 2 hours.
- With damp hands, roll into 32g balls or use a cookie scoop.
5️⃣ Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost for 10 min before eating.
