High-Protein Chocolate Chip Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Bites!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 75g dark chocolate chips
  • 6 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla/plain mix)
  • 2 packets chocolate LMNT electrolytes (or 1 tsp sea salt)
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, and electrolytes in a bowl.
2️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, peanut butter, and cottage cheese.
3️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
4️⃣ Refrigerate and eat with a spoon OR roll into balls:

  • Chill dough for 2 hours.
  • With damp hands, roll into 32g balls or use a cookie scoop.
    5️⃣ Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost for 10 min before eating.
