Ingredients

✅ 1 cup oats
✅ 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
✅ 1 cup milk
✅ 1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
✅ 3 tbsp water
✅ Squeeze of lemon juice
✅ 1 tsp honey (optional)
✅ 3-4 tbsp vanilla yogurt (for layering)
✅ Handful of fresh raspberries (for topping)


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the oats: Mix oats, milk, and vanilla yogurt. Refrigerate overnight.
2️⃣ Make the raspberry jam: In a pot, cook raspberries with water over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey (if using), then simmer until thick, stirring continuously.
3️⃣ Assemble: Layer in a jar or bowl—start with 2 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp raspberry jam, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp jam, 1 tbsp oats, and finish with yogurt.
4️⃣ Top it off with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
