Lime crema (sour cream + lime juice)
Instructions
Grill pineapple halves cut-side down until caramelized.
Toss chopped chicken in BBQ sauce.
In the pineapple boats, layer chips, chicken, grilled onions, cheese, and jalapeños.
Melt cheese under a broiler or cover briefly on the grill.
Finish with lime crema and fresh cilantro.
