Ingredients
1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
¼ avocado, sliced
2 tbsp prepared pesto
¼ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup chopped kale
¼ cup shredded Jack cheese
Instructions
Warm your wrap slightly for easy folding.
Spread pesto down the center.
Layer chicken, avocado, quinoa, kale, and cheese.
Roll tightly into a wrap and press gently to seal.
Toast in a skillet or panini press until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden.
Slice in half and serve with extra pesto or your favorite green sauce.
