Ingredients

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh berries (or fruit of choice), diced
¼ cup granola (homemade or store-bought)
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, plus extra for drizzle)
Instructions
If using sweetener, mix it into the yogurt.
In a bowl or mason jar, layer half the yogurt, then half the fruit, then half the granola.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For meal prep, skip layering the granola to prevent sogginess—store it separately and add just before eating.
