Ingredients
✔️ 1 lb Brussels sprouts (ends trimmed, cut in half)
✔️ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
✔️ 4 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
✔️ Salt & black pepper, to taste
✔️ ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Spread them evenly on a baking sheet, cut-side down for maximum crispiness.
4️⃣ Roast for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown on the edges.
5️⃣ Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
✔️ Broil for a few minutes at the end for an extra crispy texture.
✔️ Spread them out on the baking sheet to avoid steaming.
