Easy Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken – Crispy, Juicy & Irresistible!

Ingredients

✔️ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✔️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔️ ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs (extra crunch!)
✔️ 2 tsp garlic powder
✔️ 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
✔️ Salt & pepper to taste
✔️ 2 large eggs, beaten
✔️ 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for baking)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking. Pound chicken to even thickness if needed.
2️⃣ Mix: Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
3️⃣ Coat: Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then press into the Parmesan mixture, coating evenly.
4️⃣ Cook:
👉 Baking: Place chicken on a parchment-lined sheet, drizzle with oil or butter, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
👉 Pan-Frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
5️⃣ Serve: Rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan. Enjoy! 🤤

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes!
