Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta

2 tbsp butter
-
2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta as directed. Reserve 1/2 cup of the water, then drain.

In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high. Add chicken and seasonings. Cook 4–5 mins until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté 1 min, then toss chicken back in. Coat well and keep warm.

In another pan, melt butter for the sauce. Add garlic, cook till fragrant. Stir in cream, bring to a light simmer.

Slowly whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Toss pasta in sauce. Add pasta water to loosen if needed.

Plate pasta, top with chicken, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm.
