Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup watermelon or cantaloupe cubes
1 tbsp honey
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Prep Fruit: Wash and chop all fruit. Place in a large mixing bowl.
Make Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and zest.
Toss & Chill: Pour glaze over fruit and toss gently to coat. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Serve Cold: Garnish with mint just before serving, if desired.
