1️⃣ Make Strawberry Powder: Blend freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until finely powdered. (Or use pre-packaged strawberry powder!)
2️⃣ Mix Strawberry & Sugar: Combine the strawberry powder with powdered sugar in a bowl, then pour into a 1-gallon freezer bag.
3️⃣ Melt Chocolate: Microwave white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted.
4️⃣ Coat the Cereal: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the cereal, coating each piece evenly. Be careful not to crush the cereal!
5️⃣ Shake it Up: Add the chocolate-coated cereal to the freezer bag with the strawberry-sugar mixture. Seal and toss gently until all pieces are coated.
6️⃣ Set & Store: Spread the coated cereal on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container.
