Ingredients
✔️ 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
✔️ 3 ½ tsp baking powder
✔️ ¾ tsp salt
✔️ 1 tbsp granulated sugar
✔️ 1 cup + 1 tbsp milk
✔️ 1 large egg
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
✔️ 1 large egg white
✔️ ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a cake pop or mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3️⃣ Add milk, whole egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Whisk until mostly smooth (some lumps are okay).
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until soft peaks form. Fold into the batter.
5️⃣ Stir in mini chocolate chips if using.
6️⃣ Fill each cake pop mold or muffin cup nearly full.
7️⃣ Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8️⃣ Immediately transfer to a wire rack. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
