Easy Oven-Roasted Asparagus with Garlic & Parmesan

  • 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 ½ tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

  • ¼ tsp sea salt, or to taste

  • ½ tsp black pepper, or to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Toss asparagus in olive oil in a mixing bowl.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper if using.

  • Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.

  • Roast 12–15 mins, until tender.

  • Just before serving, add a splash of lemon juice.

  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
