- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 500ml (2 cups) chicken or vegetable stock
- 150ml (¾ cup) double cream

2️⃣ Cook the Tomatoes – Stir in the chopped tomatoes and let them caramelize slightly for richer flavor.
3️⃣ Add Stock & Pasta – Pour in the stock and add spaghetti, ensuring it’s fully submerged.
4️⃣ Simmer – Cook for about 15 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
5️⃣ Make it Creamy – Stir in double cream and fresh basil, letting it sit for a couple of minutes to blend the flavors.
6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Dish up hot with extra basil for garnish!
