Ingredients

6 slices of ham

½ cup shredded cheese

6 large eggs

Seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, paprika, herbs)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a non-stick muffin tin with ham slices.

Sprinkle a bit of cheese in each cup.

Crack one egg into each, then season to taste.

Bake for 10–15 minutes until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Let cool slightly and enjoy warm!
