Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
Chocolate Layer:
1 box (5.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted and cooled)
Topping:
2 cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk. Stir in melted chocolate. Spread over crust.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
