  • ½ yellow bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • ½ red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • ½ cup carrots (shredded)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
