Ingredients
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
5 cups frozen tater tots
¼ cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle half the bacon on top.
Arrange tater tots in an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
Top with remaining bacon and green onions before serving. Enjoy!
