Ingredients

• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp butter or olive oil
• 1 slice of whole grain or sourdough bread
• ½ ripe avocado
• Salt & pepper to taste
• ½ cup fresh strawberries, halved
• Optional: red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, honey drizzle


Instructions
