Ingredients

✔️ 1 lb sausage, browned
✔️ 6 eggs
✔️ 2 cups milk
✔️ 1 tsp salt
✔️ ½ tsp pepper
✔️ 15 oz frozen hashbrowns (½ package)
✔️ 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese!)


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Remove from heat.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4️⃣ In a 9×13 baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and cheese. Mix together.
5️⃣ Pour the egg mixture over the top.
6️⃣ Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
7️⃣ Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Prep Ahead: Assemble the night before, refrigerate, and bake in the morning (add 10-15 min to bake time).
