Filling:
- ¼ pack Pink Starburst Jell-O (~1 oz)
- ¾ oz Blue Jell-O (¼ pack)
- ¾ oz Yellow Jell-O (¼ pack)
- ¾ oz Purple Jell-O (¼ pack)
- 8 oz whipped cream, divided
- 1½ cups boiling water
- ⅔ cup cold water, divided
- Yellow & pink food dye (optional)
Crust:
- 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs & melted butter. Press into a small springform pan and freeze.
2️⃣ Prepare Jell-O Layers: Dissolve each Jell-O in ⅜ cup boiling water. Stir in ⅙ cup cold water and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes (until thickened but not solid).
3️⃣ Mix with Whipped Cream: Add 2 oz whipped cream to each Jell-O and stir until smooth. Add food dye if needed.
4️⃣ Layer & Freeze: Pour the first color into the crust, freeze for 5 min, then repeat for all colors. Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! Top with whipped cream if desired.
