These Easter Dirt Cups are the perfect no-bake dessert for your holiday celebration! Layers of colorful pudding, crushed Oreos, and fluffy Cool Whip make for a creamy, crunchy, and fun treat. Topped with coconut “grass,” candy eggs, and Peeps, these are a kid-approved Easter delight! 🥰💛
Ingredients
✔️ 1 (3.9 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix
✔️ 2 cups cold milk
✔️ 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)
✔️ 1 package Oreo cookies (filling removed, finely crushed)
✔️ Food coloring (purple, pink, or any color you like!)
✔️ Shredded coconut (for “grass”)
✔️ Candy eggs & Peeps (for topping)
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Pudding: Whisk together pudding mix & milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Color the Pudding: Divide pudding into two bowls and add food coloring (ex: pink & purple).
3️⃣ Fold in Cool Whip to both bowls until fully combined.
4️⃣ Layer the Cups:
- Add 1 tbsp crushed Oreos to the bottom of each mason jar or cup.
- Add a layer of colored pudding.
- Repeat layers, alternating colors, and end with crushed Oreos on top.
5️⃣ Chill for 1 Hour in the fridge.
6️⃣ Make the Coconut “Grass”: Add shredded coconut to a container, add a few drops of green food coloring & a touch of water, then shake until coated.
7️⃣ Decorate & Serve: Before serving, sprinkle coconut grass on top and decorate with Peeps & candy eggs!
