Ingredients
Carrot Strawberries:
🍓 Fresh strawberries (rinsed & dried)
🧡 1 bag orange candy melts
📜 Parchment paper
🛍 Plastic baggie & scissors
Carrot Pudding Cups:
🥄 Clear cups
🍪 1 pack crushed Oreos
🍫 1 box chocolate pudding
🥛 3 cups milk
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep your strawberries – Rinse and dry them well.
2️⃣ Melt the candy melts – Stir constantly over low heat until smooth.
3️⃣ Dip the strawberries – Hold by the stem, coat in melted chocolate, and place on parchment paper. Let them set.
4️⃣ Drizzle – Melt some extra candy melts, pour into a baggie, snip the tip, and drizzle over the strawberries. Let harden.
5️⃣ Make the pudding cups – Add crushed Oreos to the bottom of each cup.
6️⃣ Prepare pudding – Follow the box instructions, pour over Oreos, and top with more crushed Oreos.
7️⃣ Assemble – Place a strawberry “carrot” in the center and refrigerate.
