Ingredients
🧈 1 cup butter, softened
🍚 2/3 cup sugar
🥚 2 large egg yolks
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍞 2⅓ cups all-purpose flour
✨ ½ cup sanding sugar
🍬 ½ cup pastel M&M candies
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Mix in egg yolks and vanilla extract.
4️⃣ Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Don’t over-mix!
5️⃣ Roll dough into small balls (1 tsp each), coat in sanding sugar, and place on baking sheet.
6️⃣ Press an M&M into the center of each cookie.
7️⃣ Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
