Ingredients

✔️ 36 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)
✔️ ½ cup butter (1 stick, softened)
✔️ 1 cup granulated sugar
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ 1½ tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 2 cups all-purpose flour
✔️ ¼ tsp baking soda
✔️ ¼ tsp salt
✔️ 2 tbsp milk
✔️ Pink, yellow, blue & purple sugar crystals


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients: In a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
3️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
4️⃣ Combine: Slowly add dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, alternating between the two. Mix until fully combined.
5️⃣ Shape & Coat: Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in colored sugar crystals. Place on the baking sheet.
6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are set. Let them sit for 2 minutes on the baking sheet after baking.
7️⃣ Add Kisses: Gently press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
