2 red apples (Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cubed
2 Tbsp real maple syrup (divided)
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil (refined for no taste)
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
Coat the Apples: In a bowl, toss the peeled apple cubes with 1 Tbsp maple syrup, coconut oil, and cinnamon until evenly coated.
Air Fry: Add the apples to the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re spread out evenly. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Look for a golden exterior with a tender inside.
Final Touch: Remove from the air fryer and toss the warm apples in the remaining 1 Tbsp of maple syrup.
Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm on its own, with oatmeal, or topped with vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
Notes
These apples are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in the microwave before serving.
