Ingredients
• ½ cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
• 1 egg
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Fruit of your choice (berries are lovely!)
• 2–3 slices of bread (brioche or regular)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Press the center of each bread slice with the back of a spoon to create a small well.

Spoon the custard mixture into the center.

Top with fruit.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the custard is just set and slightly golden.
