Ingredients
2 cucumbers, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil

Cracked black pepper & sea salt to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
Add fresh basil leaves.
