Instructions

  • Prep the Zucchini: Wash and dry zucchini, then slice into uniform ½-inch rounds for even cooking.
  • Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  • Mix the Topping: In a bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
