Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each asparagus spear first in flour, then egg, and finally in the panko mixture.
Place coated asparagus on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy every crunchy bite!
