Ingredients
✔️ 2 (8oz) cans crescent rolls
✔️ 4 oz cream cheese
✔️ 6 large eggs
✔️ 1 cup whole milk
✔️ 2 cups shredded cheese (Colby Jack & Cheddar)
✔️ 6-8 oz thick-cut ham, cubed
✔️ 1-2 jalapeños, deseeded & finely chopped
✔️ 2 tsp freeze-dried parsley
✔️ ½ tsp ground pepper
✔️ ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly butter a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
2️⃣ Unroll crescent dough, separate triangles, and spread cream cheese on each one. Roll them up and place them evenly in the dish.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, ham, jalapeños, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture evenly over the crescent rolls, making sure all ingredients are spread out.
5️⃣ Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and puffy. If browning too fast, cover with foil.
6️⃣ Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
