1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh fruit for blending:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Mango
Green grapes
Raspberries
Peaches
Instructions
Blend yogurt with your chosen fruit until smooth (about 1/4 cup fruit per batch). Add sweetener if desired.
Spoon mixture into a ziplock bag, snip the corner, and pipe small dots onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until completely firm.
Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
