Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup half-and-half or heavy cream
- 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
