✅ ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
✅ 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
✅ 2 cups chicken broth
✅ 1 cup heavy cream
✅ ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
✅ 2 cups fresh baby spinach (packed)
✅ Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook sausage over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Add onions and cook for another 5 minutes, until the sausage is browned.
3️⃣ Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes, and orzo, cooking for 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Pour in chicken broth and cream. Bring to a gentle bubble and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring often. (Reduce heat if needed to prevent sticking!)

Notes
✔ Need more sauce? Add a splash of broth or cream.
✔ Too wet? Let it sit for a few minutes—it will thicken up!
✔ Spicy or mild? Use hot or mild Italian sausage based on your preference!
