Ingredients

4 slices of bread
1 ripe avocado
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side, spread mayo, then layer avocado, mozzarella, cheddar, and fresh basil.
Top with another bread slice, buttered side facing out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Slice and enjoy while warm!
