Ingredients
2 lbs bacon
1 (30–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 (1 oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Let cool, then chop into bite-size pieces.
In a large bowl, mix tater tots, chopped bacon, and cheddar cheese. Spread into the baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, Ranch mix, and milk. Pour over the tater tot mixture.
Optional: Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes, until eggs are fully set and top is golden.
Notes
Refrigerate before baking: Just add a few minutes to the bake time.
Freeze before baking: Thaw fully before baking as directed.
Reheat after freezing: Thaw, then bake covered at 350ºF for 30–40 minutes
