1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup ice
Optional: mint leaves, peach slices, or shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until thick and slushy, scraping sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Pour into chilled glasses, garnish, and enjoy immediately!
