Ingredients (Makes 6–8 popsicles):
2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your mango’s sweetness)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight until solid.
Run molds under warm water to release and enjoy your frozen tropical treat!
