Ingredients
2 green or slightly yellow bananas (not fully ripe)
2 tsp avocado oil or olive oil
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Peel and slice bananas into thin, even rounds (about ⅛ inch thick).
Toss slices in oil and cinnamon until evenly coated.
Place banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Let cool slightly to crisp up further. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
