Ingredients
✔️ 1 ½ tbsp butter, softened
✔️ 1 tbsp brown sugar
✔️ ½ tbsp granulated sugar
✔️ ¼ tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
✔️ 1 pinch salt
✔️ 3 ½ tbsp flour (heat-treated)
✔️ 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips (adjust to taste!)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cream butter & sugars in a small bowl.
2️⃣ Mix in vanilla & heavy cream.
3️⃣ Stir in heat-treated flour & salt, then fold in chocolate chips.

Notes
Microwave 3 ½ tbsp flour for 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds to prevent burning. Let cool before using!
