- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed (approx. ¾ cup)
- ½ cup almond butter (or substitute peanut butter)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In one bowl, mix the mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, combine the oats, salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
4️⃣ Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
5️⃣ Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and gently press each cookie to flatten.
6️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
