Ingredients

1.5 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp lime juice + zest of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Skewers (soaked if wooden)
Instructions
Mix marinade: Combine BBQ sauce, lime juice/zest, honey, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss shrimp in marinade and chill for 30 minutes.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink, firm, and slightly charred.
Serve hot with lime wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
