Ingredients
Chicken Crust:
750g ground chicken
3 large eggs
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
Toppings:
3/4 cup low-carb pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
30 slices pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, and spices until evenly combined.
Spread into a large, thin crust on the tray (about 1/4 inch thick).
Bake crust for 25 minutes until golden and firm.
Add pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Cool slightly, slice into 5 servings, and enjoy.
